How to Brew It (The Impossible-to-Ruin Cup)

• The Ratio: 2 tsp per 8 oz cup. (Don't be shy with the scoop!)

• The Water: 203°F (Just off a boil).

• The Time: 3–6 minutes. (Rooibos has zero tannins, which means it will never get bitter, even if you forget about it for 15 minutes).
